		<description>I just wanted to add that I was pleased you did not mention eating grains (even WHOLE grains) which I feel are totally unnecessary if someone is eating raw fruits and veggies like they should.</description>

		<description>Muscle is only about 20% protein, it&#039;s mostly water.  So why do you and many others advocate ingesting copious amounts of protein to build muscle?  I mean 2/3 of the diet?  Really?  For me that would amount to around 1500 or so calories!  That&#039;s 375 grams of PROTEIN!  Seriously, that&#039;s insane.  Did I misunderstand the article or what?</description>
